Do your Warmzies have a TOG rating?

Whilst our Warmzies don't currently have a TOG rating, to give you an idea on their warmth most other onesies found in Australia have a fabric weight of approximately 180gsm. Our Warmzies are manufactured from a winter weight soft brushed cotton that is almost double this at 340gsm thickness. More specifically whilst our fabric is super thick, it is still a cotton with an elastane blend for stretch and comfort, with a cosy soft brush finish on the inside for extra warmth.

What sleeping bag should I pair the Warmzie with?

We can't comment on pairing our product with products from other manufacturers but it is helpful to note that you should dress your baby as you would yourself for the temperature of the room. It is important that bub is comfortably warm which means they aren't too hot or too cold. The Warmzie is designed to provide additional warmth and cosiness on cool nights.

When will I receive my order?

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 - 48 hours (Monday - Friday). We use Australia Post for shipping Australia wide and tracking information will be provided on dispatch. 
For Standard shipping please allow 3 to 7 business days for Metro locations.
If you require your order sooner we recommend selecting Express Post.
 

What is your return policy?

We will happily offer an exchange (subject to stock availability) or refund for change of mind. Please note:
- All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- All exchange or refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase via email to sales@bebelobaby.com.au 
- The products must be in their original condition and haven't been used, worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- The products are in their original undamaged packaging.
- The cost for shipping for return and/or re-delivery for a return or exchange will be at your expense.
